Picture of the Week

This shot is from a few years ago when I shot Azaleas in Texas. I can't wait to return this spring! If you'd like to see more shots from this trip, visit Azalea Trail on my Zenfolio account.

Lunar Eclipse & Winter Solstice

Wanted to share these shots from earlier this winter for anyone who missed the date - December 21st, 2010 - the first time in centuries the Lunar Eclipse fell on the same night as the Winter Solstice. The last time an Eclipse and Solstice matched was December 21st, 1638. The next one will not occur for another 372 years.

Professional Photographers of Colorado 2011

I attended the trade show for the Professional Photographers of Colorado! It was AWESOME.
Amazing new products out there from our partners in the photography world. Some personal favorites:
The new metal print photo album as seen in the image above, from ACI (American Color Lab). I can not wait to order my own!
BayPhoto will soon be contributing to my studio re-vamp with their Splits, Clusters & Wall Collages
I was loving the cut out cards from WHCC as well as their pearl paper option - beautiful for any print or invitation!

I captured some images that I hope you enjoy, and stir a little longing for spring bloom!
